  This is the only place I go to deal with anything OPTUS. Richie is always helpful and friendly. Thanks to everyone in the Clarkson shop for always being spot on for customer service.

  worst service ever............buy new phone not working took it back twice. They send it back, wait 3 weeks for the phone, they said they are going to let me know when it is in store. No one contact me, when i pop in to the store the phone where there already. Put phone on in freezing on the main menu but according to them there is nothing wrong with the phone. According to the policy they cant do anything. I paid for a phone that is not working and that is not good customer service at all.

  Visited this outlet yesterday and whilst there was no other customers I had two shop attendants arguing over who wasn't going to help me buy a new IPhone 7. I quickly helped them out by leaving. - Worst service ever!

  Bad Service, went there on day 1 to upgrade my Phone- Half way through the upgrade they tell me they cant do it as an upgrade is in progress.

  Worst company ever do not even bother getting there wifi bundles or anything it crashes 24/7 & it barley ever gets fixed I'm sick of it!
