  Thanks for Nothing Jarred and I will always take the extra time to go to Joondalup your shop has never given or offered a good service can go to a different Telstra Shop with the same enquiry or problem and have it sorted but never at this shop if you want to be in customer Service Jarred learn to talk to people with some respect !!!

  Horrible service! Nobody is helpful nobody knows anything! Anything you need they keep saying they can't help! Pathetic customer service! The Manager was useless!

  This was the best experience my wife Jo and I have ever had with telstra, we are from Qld went in to find out about samsung 8+ spoke to Ajay (what a terrific bloke) went thru all our accounts fantastic result, left with new phone sam8+,accounts adjusted,heaps of data what a day! Ajay you are the man, you treated us so well thank you for everything you did for us10 out of 10. Love ya work Ajay keep it up. Ross and Jo Griffin on tour from (Qld).

  Don't waste your time with this store. Don't answer the phone (fairly sure they hang the call up after a while). Management can be very rude (made complaints directly to Telstra). Joondalup store is much better.

  Today I had Aaron dealing with my order, he helped me sort out issues I was having getting a new plan with ease and top customer service. I'm a happy customer. Cheers!
