  So, I just found out my puppy was originally from this pet shop, his previous owners had decided they didn't want him anymore and gave him up. He came to us with a rare form of gut infection causing him diarrhea and showed classic signs of coming from a puppy mill, such has only defecating and urinating on concrete, and extremely nervous behavior. I do not know his original price but after reading previous reviews I will assume he was certainly not cheap. I love him very much, and feel sick to my stomach at the thought of him coming from a puppy mill, which is common for puppies in pet shops.

  Been going here 4 years, cant fault the staff who work there, always friendly & effiecient. Family owned are beautiful people. Thoroughly recommended 4 all your pets needs.

  Please DO NOT purchase birds from OCEAN KEYS PETS IN CLARKSON Bought a baby budgie on Sunday once we got him home we noticed it has scaley face which is mites that have burrowed into his beak and ruined his feet aswell I called to say that there birds are sick to which I was told "our birds have not got this and it must be since we took him home"

  I hate this pet shop, the owner is rude and unwelcoming and is uneasy to be around, everything is overpriced and the small animals are riddled with mites (that the owner denies even though it is obvious). The pups cramped with no water and I have seen more than a few with problems, such as our own dog whom I suspect came from a puppy mill. She has poor eye problems and skin conditions. I do not recommend buying puppies from pet shops but certainly do not buy from here, have notified authorities of the conditions of this shop and animals as it does not feel right.

  I do NOT recommend buying ANY animals from ANY pet shop. If you are going to adopt a dog or cat, please go to your local shelters first, OR find a CERTIFIED BREEDER to adopt from.

  Got our first puppy here. Extremely helpful and friendly owner who seems very experienced and really gave us the time of day in giving all the advice and information we needed in regards to taking care of a puppy for the first time and how to train the puppy. We have got a beautiful, healthy and very well looked after puppy from this store. Extremely happy with the service we received.
