    We went to Clarkson KFC and got horrible food and horrible service. The burgers had hardly any sauce or lettuce and the lettuce we did get was hot and whilted. The chips were undercooked and not salted. We went back to complain only to get one of the rudest people I had ever met who should not be in customer service let alone a manager. All we wanted was fresh burgers with fresh lettuce but her theory was putting a hot piece of chicken on cold lettuce will whilt it And didnt offer us anything except a refund and a argument.

    The wait for drove through is completely unacceptable. Ten minutes sitting stuck with a car behind me and one in front so I couldn't even reverse out before my order was even taken. Not even at a busy time of day, the service here is appalling

    Went to order wicked wings, and they didn’t have any! How do you run out of wicked wings on a Friday night?!? Not happy! Would not recommend

    28 minutes to get two below average take away meals when it was not even busy. Nice

    Went through drive thru. The guy who served us was neither pleasant or unpleasant. Was missing parts of our meal (2 wicked wings) and THEY NEVER GIVE NAPKINS! Not once have i gotten napkins from this place. How am i supposed to eat this on the go? There is potato and gravy, yet no spoon; this is greasy food, yet no napkins. Why? Do they really cost you that much that you can't give out napkins? Seriously cheap guys. Seriously
