    The staff here are fantastic, I enquired about a watch I saw on the A&C website, they did not have it on display but Sue the manager checked with another store locally who had it, she then picked it up in her own time.

    I take it across to the watchworks booth to return the new strap i bought before sending it off. (For the work i wanted done angus and coote were cheapest).cant return strap. I tell the guy my story and out of the goodness of his heart he takes my watch appart to have a look. Not only is there nothing wrong with my watch but all it needed was a battery!!!

    4 weeks later i call to see how the quote is coming along and they say they'll get back to me.... I get a call saying that my watch is broken beyond repair and nothing can be done to fix it.
