  I've been a customer with Specsavers for almost five years now and loved all the other stores until I stepped foot in this one. Appalling service, rude manager, two years in a row my quote was misquoted and put through wrong!! Got quoted the most expensive add ons, Walked out went to Joondalup Specsavers and best customer service I was so happy and quoted less than $50 for my glasses with ad ons. Make sure check your add- ons.

  Very professional staff and friendly welcome, Got 2 pair of multi focal glasses lenses are great and Manageress helped me pick stylish frames that suit.

  Appalling service, three times I went there to get my glasses fixed, tightened up on one pair, and the arm on the other pair was so stiff it wouldn't shut. Today 28/03/17 I took them back for the third time and was told it would take an hour, so I went back after an hour to pick them up, oh no they haven't even been looked at, as she has a full schedule today. Couldn't even give me an approximate time, just kept repeating herself like a robot she's got a full schedule. Why on Earth did they not ring me to say they still hadn't been looked at! We were hanging around for over an hour waiting for this to be rectified. So I went across to the shop opposite to them Options, and they took all of 3 minutes to fix them, no charge. Needless to say after going to Specsavers for over 8 years we will not be going back ever, so much for oh you can come and get them adjusted whenever they need it bull you know what!
