  I had a keratin treatment here and I noe can happily let my hair dry naturally without having a fizzy mess. Staff are amazing and treatment was best thing iv ever done to my hair..

  Had a keratin treatment done here. The staff were friendly, but the treatment didn't work and part of my hair was actually missed, so the job was incomplete. I called them to take another look at it, and they didn't take responsibility for missing a patch of my hair, and instead blamed my hair for the poor outcome. On top of that, they didn't offer any form of reimbursement (why should I pay for a hair treatment that didn't even work? my hair is just as it was before the treatment!). They offered to speak with the owner about re-doing the treatment for free, and I asked them to call me regarding the owner's response. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard from them at all. I am very disappointed with the poor customer service.

  Absolutely loved my massage. Therapist was professional and friendly and gave me great advice on my back pain.
