  Took my car in for its second pit inspection being that it failed the first (having been inspected at another garage who were rude and could barely be bothered from the outset). The other garage misinformed me about how to fix the fails, so, at this second inspection it failed again.

  Dropped in yesterday to book my i45 in for a service. Had been recommended by a mate. Receptionist was pleasant. Took car in today for the service. Mentioned that from my last service the mechanic recommended that the rear shocks would need replacing. I was later called and advised the rear shocks were okay and did not need to be replaced however the both the front and rear brake pads needed replacing (they were original from new so cannot complain). Windscreen washer hoses unblocked. Car was ready by 11am. Log book stamped. All up $395. Very reasonable. Will definitely take my business there from now on.

  I am extremely impressed by the willingness to describe exactly what's needed in an open, honest manner with sensitivity in mind of what's occured. This has really put in stark contrast just how unbothered and money grabbing the other garage was (there's a prominent K in the name, and it's a huge chain, if that helps).

  I must say that I am a very difficult person to please - however, my experience with the Mindarie Workshop and Auto Electrical completely blew me away - whilst I was going through some medical difficulties, they could not do enough to help me get my car back on the road. Their quality and professionalism was second to none - moreover they were completely honest with their diagnosis and didn't stop until they found the cheapest option for me - will not be going anywhere else - THANK YOU GUYS

  The chap who inspected my car at Mindarie Workshop could not have been nicer. He could see that I had been let down by the previous people and in a call with my partner after the fail went out of his way to describe, in detail, how things could be fixed (unlike the other people).
