  Ron ran a diagnostic on my auto transmission and several faults came up. He advised me to go to a transmission workshop he recommended instead of just buying parts until the problem was solved. He didn’t charge me for the diagnostic and the other workshop identified another much cheaper electrical fault which was causing the problems. Thanks Ron you gave me good advice and saved me a lot of money !!!

  Thanks to the team at Autobahn Mindarie. Took my 4x4 there for the first time and was a great experience. Good honest repair job reflected in the price and outcome. Great communication. Very happy and will be a returning customer. Thanks

  Absolutely awful experience. No communication i had to call twice for an update, absolute no customer service etiquette what so ever - i was told i dont know what im talking about so he'd have to explain it, called lady in a condecending manner when i told him to refer to me by name he called me girl, sworn at and then laughed at when i said i consider constantly using the word bloody at me to be swearing, threatened with court action if i was to put anything on social media about the incident. So they had my car for 4 hours and after all that no work was done on it. All the issues started when i was told he didnt know when my car would be ready as "he cant go to the side of the road and pick up an O ring" it has to be ordered and when i asked how long (they knew i needed my car back prior to 2pm) he said i dont know just come get your car (baring in mind theyd had it for 3 hours for what i was advised would be a simple regas) when i went to pick up my car shockingly he was able to give me a time then and apparently he was just about to pick up the phone to call me after my 2nd call for an update. Beyond disgusting behaviour never ever will i use this place again and i will pass my experience on to other

  Very impressed with the full service today! I had some extra work needed and it was done at a very fair price. I also used their service to get a drop off in the area. Only booked today and they managed to squeeze me in! Would recommend this place and I will be heading back here for the next one!
