  Two and a half hours of pushy salesman for the first visit. Long wait because the after sales manager was "nowwhere to be found". Pushing worthless insurance on me that does not have one good review (for over $3k!). Pre approved for outside finance but wouldn't give me a purchase contract without the insurance on it. Stalled until they could offer me finance that in the end was more expensive which cost me almost a week of work (self employed). Wouldn't budge on the price of the vehicle. Tried pushing two windows of tinting for $600! Picked up the car and was told "it has heaps of fuel". It had enough fuel to get home before the fuel light came on. Fitted seat covers that day and found old chips under the seat! Not an enjoyable experience and won't be back.

  Great customer service! Brendan and his sales team went beyond my expectations in helping me with my new Patrol. They were friendly and professional, kept me updated throughout the process and my car was presented to me earlier than I expected. I've bought a few Patrols from other Nissan dealers in the past and been let down by their service departments but Clarkson Nissan have really impressed me, I can't fault them. I highly recommend speaking to Brendan and his team if you're thinking of buying a new Nissan, even if they are not your local dealer, and servicing your car with their great service department.

  Had a good used car buying experience here with Barry, no sleaze or rubbish, straightforward easy transaction and good service. Can definitely recommend seeing these guys if they have something you want. Also put my patrol in for a recall issue and dealt with by service department quickly and professionally.

  The whole Nissan Clarkson team was exceptionally wonderful. They made the whole process of getting a new car smooth and easy. The level of customer service they have shown was above and beyond.
