    Thought I was getting a great deal and free servicing. Expensive bike had problems with the derailleur and rear disc brakes on the first ride, took it back and had to wait a week for a booking. They didn't fix the problem. THIS OCCURRED REPEATEDLY OVER MONTHS. Finally I watched a youtube "how to" and fixed both problems myself... They either cant be bothered or they don t know how. Dont use them, it is the worst customer service I have ever received in any retail outlet. Great with the sale but they dont want to know you after!

    New ownership and what a difference, fantastic staff friendly and very knowledgeable great shop layout and fantastic service my wife drove over my sons bmx wheel, they got me replacement put the innertube and tyre on the wheel $59 bucks all up cant fault it.
