  I was there to get a bank guarantee done and requested it to be ready for Monday, called bank on Monday and no one picked up after few calls finally one staff picked up the call and said he is from different department and someone will call me shortly, no one called that day and next day after waiting I called business team on 131998. And was told the documents are still at the branch and haven't been submitted so I call the complaints department and lodge a complaint. After 1.5 hour bank manager called to inform it's ready to be picked and I advised that I will be there in half hour. I reach there at 1.46pm and wait for my turn. The staff completely ignored me possibly because of the complaint I lodged. 3 people after me were served and no one even cared to serve me.

  I am a Youth Support & Development Worker for a CaRE School and every time i have bought in a young person all the staff at Ocean Keys Commonwealth Bank have been so helpful and very polite. Thank-you for this.

  rude if i wanted to use a.t.m i would off we pay enough in bank fees for personal service to deposit checks ocen keys bank staff are so rude this is not the 1st time i have been dissatisfied ith the sevice at this branch
