  To Anthony Joshua. I own the pool and spa hut and we are here to test peoples water for nothing to supporting customers as are all pool shops. Not to used .. I pay rent, staff,and bills to run a business. If you can't understand that which you obviously can't well there is no more to be said. Our prices are not expensive and I challenge you to compare with other shops. Expert advice at no cost. Try and get that at bunnings. Good luck. My staff is number one and are trained not to sell products that you don't need. We look after our customers and as a matter of fact you are not even in our system. So you must be trying to cause trouble or not a supportive customer. Either way thanks for your review as most of our customers know we are second to none. Thanks g

  I wouldn’t possibly walk into a shop and expect a free service for 3 consecutive months. Every time water gets tested it’s balanced for your safety and those around you. We offer free water testing to our SUPPORTING clients which is stated above our water testing system for all to see and acknowledge. It is impossible for you to have all chemicals required in exact doses for 3 consecutive months unless you are shopping else where which would mean you are not a supporting client and the free water testing does not apply to you. It’s funny how people who are doing the wrong thing don’t like being told about it and in return decide to write nasty reviews in effort to effect our business. If you were a supporting client like the rest of our client base you would understand that it’s only normal to support a business that offers all our expert advice and that you are well looked after. We expect by looking after our customers they will look after us in return. When we do explain to customers about not purchasing anything after the 3rd month 4/5 completely understand. It’s the small minority that take offence because they have been caught out and become themselves rude and horrible. However, Thank you to our supporting clients we appreciate your business and will continue to look after you. The Pool & Spa Hut.

  Business 101. Don't call your customers "f___k'n idiots" even when you think they are. Spare yourself the insults and don't shop here. Sorry I can't go lower than 1 star.

  Pool water testing machine is there for free as the other staff tested the water and told me what i need the owner "says you are not welcome in my shop anymore" very disrespectfully. Reason being i have noticed a couple of times when you test your pool water in the shop if they tell you that you need salt, chlorine etc and you do not purchase from them anything they become rude and arrogant and treat there customers like s.... because in there minds he came and tested the water and left without buying anything, secondly your chemistry is really bad with regards to pool solutions .Why is it free water testing then if you expect me to purchase your overly priced c..... if i go to bunnings or some other pool shop i can test the water for free without them wanting me to buy anything and showing great customer satisfaction. Do not think for a second that your ever going to be in the same lane as those guys. you're extremely lucky to even get a 1 star rating google does not allow less than that.
