  I sent Kirsty Reilly an email to have my bathroom taps replaced and she organised the guy to just fix them not replace them no said to replace them as there was constant dramas with them when I got to the property there were unmatched taps and a smashed kitchen tap please note this is how they presented my house for sale knowing I was in a different state

  By far the worst real estate agent I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with as a tenant. I've been waiting three months for my bond to come back and they won't return my calls and my emails just get dobbed off with lies and nonsense. If you're looking for a rental stay away from these people,

  I needed to relocate to Melbourne for some months during that time things needed to be repaired so I passed my money over to raywhite for the repairs and I put complete faith in this real estate as they proclaimed to be the best. I then decided to sell my property and was put on to the sales person who was ursler from raywhite all correspondence was done by phone and email as I was living in Melbourne. I relocated back to Perth without the real estate knowing and I came back to disaster my property was dirty and damaged upon the tenant leaving and the real estate gave him full bond back telling me the property was spotless and undamaged, the gardens were dead grass dry and yellow the neighbours advised me that my property had been left abandoned by raywhite and that when there was a home open ursler showed potential buyers through my house in this disaster state!!

  Worse customer service I've encountered, reports were never delivered on time, inspection of my property was never carried out properly and took them over a month to return my house keys back resulting in financial loses and massive cost to fix my gardens as there was no sprinklers left on. I will never deal with any Ray White ever again in the future.
