  Always polite and helpful. I have purchased no less than $30,000.00 worth of products from this store and I will always come back as they are not only local, but they allow parking out the front of their store. I recommend this store to anyone in this area of Perth for very good value and store assistance.

  Most staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They always seem to be willing to make a deal or beat a genuine quote. Only lose one star for an overly pushy member of the sales team, otherwise highly recommended.

  ordered and paid online. about 11am, went to pick.the item up and waited about 30mins. 1 person on the front desk, many on the floor helping customers get the right item though?

  The funny thing is they don't send anyone out to look at the machine they ask what error is on display then decide how long for the parts to arrive then decide to send out a tech who says fee we have the wrong part

  Meanwhile I have contacted TGG Clarkson they then rang HOOVER direct who say another five weeks for the correct part to arrive, in the meantime I am spending a fortune at the laundromat for washing and drying my family's clothes
